We connect and leverage the efforts of people and organizations working on public health in Latin America.

These include groups and organizations providing health care, clean water, better sanitation, improved cookstoves, health education and disease prevention. Better health means a better standard of living.

Improved circumstances create greater economic stability. 

HWC develops surgical and medical teams focused on the areas of greatest need. We coordinate their efforts with other volunteers.

HWC provides consulting support to certain qualified small organizations. HWC is not a grant making organization.
